Lets for Companies

Rentals to companies are subject to different criteria from those imposed on Individual applicants, couples and families. Companies must be Limited and registered at Companies House with annual returns filed and accounts up to date. Directors Guarantees may be required.

New Companies and those with no filed information will require Directors Guarantees.

Non-Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders will be treated as applications from individuals - please see Individual applicants, couples and families
